FlashBoot enables you to create bootable USB Flash drives by using sources like CDs, DVDs, other USB drives, Floppy disks, etc. Additionally, the application includes a small number of so-called mini operating systems like minimal DOS (Free DOS), minimal sysLinux, minimal GRUB4DOS, etc. It runs on all popular Windows versions and doesn't require many system resources.
FlashBoot is a program that I personally find to be very useful, given the fact that it works with USB devices which are more reliable than CDs and DVDs. By using this application, you can also convert Windows (or other operating systems) installations to bootable USB drives. The program will be highly appreciated by owners of laptops which do not include a built-in CD/DVD drive, and it is difficult for them to install an operating system on their computer.
Although, some may say that additional PC knowledge is required in order to create bootable drives, the graphical user-interface of FlashBoot is designed in such way that it allows users to easily operate the program, regardless of their knowledge level. It provides a wizard that guides the user through the necessary steps of creating a bootable USB drive.
FlashBoot is a well-designed tool and comes with a fair price, considering its capabilities.
